About Our Programs:We have developed 8 core programs, which are applied interchangeably throughout our teachings. Each program is delivered through multiple full-day workshops.

‍Children are organized into two age groups:
Age 4 to 6, Class Size 6
Age 6 to 9, Class Size 7

The programs are designed to suit each specific age group.

We have also developed a comprehensive support system for online schooling and other online courses, which includes classroom, supervision, computers, meals, and after-school activities.

Program Overview

‍All our programs are adjusted to the uniqueness and needs of every child. We aim to achieve the best results with an individual approach while benefiting from working in a small group. This is possible because we use the ideal adult-to-child ratio standard. For preschool classrooms, the ideal ratio is 1:6, meaning 6 children for every teacher. According to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Child Care, 1 adult should care for no more than 8 preschoolers.

Parents
‍
In accordance with the planned schedule, parents can participate in daily activities and experience the environment alongside their child. We do not hide children behind closed doors and we are fully open to parents and encourage them to share any suggestions and knowledge they have. Our teachers adopt an individual approach to each child and parent.
Certain programs can be individualized according to the child’s or parents’ preferences. Our goal with the workshops is to bring warmth and creativity into our daily routine and provide children with the opportunity to explore, learn, and grow through fun and educational activities.

Activity Corners

The environment is fully aligned with the theme being explored. All activity corners will be thematically arranged to create an immersive experience so that children can fully “dive” into the exploration. All activities are planned in a balanced manner according to our programs. After the guided group activities, children will be encouraged to further explore the theme through our specially prepared activity corners.

Goals

- Achieve complete openness with parents while being flexible to the individual needs of each parent and child, with the benefits of participating and learning in a smaller group.

- Provide support to parents when needed (both advisory and practical).

‍Themes

‍Themes are thoroughly covered through involving parents, including the local community, thematic cultural visits, pedagogical evaluation, and reflection.

‍Pedagogical Records And Communication
‍
‍A pedagogical book is maintained for each child, photos and videos are shared in real time or after the workshop. The daily workshop summary is posted on the communication app that Cozy Cloud uses to share content with parents.

We provide parents with a comprehensive workshop overview, detailing each session's activities, objectives, and the materials used. This thorough report ensures that parents are well-informed and can continue to reinforce the learning and strategies at home, fostering a consistent and supportive environment for their children.
